In one journey we will meet two nations, two languages, two cultures, two gastronomies, but, the same kind of hospitality… it´s unique. Through the 19th and 20th Roman Road we´ll cross immemorial bridges, woods and magical forests, as well as the mystical vines and savoring, step by step the ancient legacy left in all the Sanctuaries dedicated to our Lady. A journey of sensations, fruit of the fusion between historical paths, mythical Cathedrals, unique gastronomy’s and remarcable nectars.

Also known as the Atlantic Way, the Portuguese Coastal Camino dates from the early Renaissance. It parallels the coastline of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and it grew in importance as the population of the coastal cities increased due to the burgeoning economic trade with the Americas, Africa and the Far East.We must highlight the Salnés Spiritual Variant and the Traslatio. Known as the Origin of all the Paths it recreates, according to legend, the course of the boat carrying the remains of the Apostle St. James, when it arrived in Galicia. The route runs along the beautiful estuary of a Natural Reserve and along the unique maritime Via Cruxis in the world. In a word: Unforgettable! Embark with us on a journey of a lifetime life!

We begin our Camino in the incredible city of Bilbao, in the Basque Country! This Camino Pilgrimage allows us to sail through the history of Spain and early Europeans, walking on paths specially selected to experience the real essence of the most mythical of the Camino de Santiago. The ancient and inescapably beauty of the Camino is apparent in the outstanding architecture of the impressive Cathedrals, in the exquisite cuisine and elegant wines and in the charm of small secular settlements, where the spirit of the Camino has lived for a thousand years and remains in the magnificent essence of its people. A unforgettable soul experience!

We gathered Spain and Portugal, the inland and the ocean, the music and the silence, traditions with history and legends with pilgrims who wish to slow down and reconnect with nature! We’ll get to know several UNESCO Heritage Sites like the amazing city of Salamanca, Guimarães, the Douro Valley Wine Region, the Sanctuary of Good Jesus in the city known as the Archbishops City Braga, and, of course, Santiago de Compostela! We’ll be walking on the steps of St Theresa of Avila, crossing the border to Portugal on the Way of Saint Francis of Assisi, enjoying the peace and quiet of the Camino Torres and, already on the Portuguese Coastal Camino, we’ll cross again the border to Spain on foot, entering the Portuguese Central arriving in Santiago!

From the ancestral Basque Country to the Infinite Cantabria, and from the Natural Paradise of Asturias to the Galicia of Santiago, along the Cantabrian Sea, we will sail to the 8th Century, following paths marked by unique symbols of our history. We will start in the Basque Country, along the North Way. Between the blue of the Cantabrian Sea and the green of the mountains we will enter the Lebaniego Way, crowned by the Lignun Crucis in the Monastery of Santo Toríbio de Liébana. From the Cathedral of the Savior, home of the Holy Shroud, in Oviedo, we will follow the Coastal Way to the mythical French Way, the jewel of the crown of the Jacobean Paths. A unique way, between the sea and the mountain, loaded with historical symbols and marked by unique and unforgettable flavors!
